HR Administrator

With the continued growth of Pharmbills and our opening of the team in Bulgaria, we decided to invite an experienced HR Administrator to join our team. HRA is going to be a key specialist, who will help us to run smooth HR operations and will provide full administrative support to our internal customers.

You will:

Provide complete administrative support to the HR function;

Track consultants’ status report;

Update and maintain our databases and HRIS;

Update company’s policies when required;

Tracking of team members' relocations;

Maintaining documentation track;

Update personal records, by saving relevant documentation or updating attached systems;

Produce reports and summaries of activity, as requested by the Managers (forms, tables).

You have:

2+ years of experience in HR Administration;

Fluency in English;

Familiarity with HRM (we use BambooHR), and MS Office (especially Excel);

You must have a team player mindset and you’re very attentive to details while working in a fast-paced environment;

You’re willing to learn the legal employment requirements of foreign countries;

You’re a very organized professional with excellent time-management skills.
